Understanding that environmental issues are local matters, but of
global concern, the artists have created EcoSignals—an outdoor
installation, text and interactive website—meant to educate the
public about the environment and ways to reduce their carbon footprint.
The outdoor component consists of a suite of original, freestanding,
modular Eco-Signals, reminiscent of traffic signs. The text and website
include important information on environmental sites around the world.
