REFUND POLICY: All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. These requests carry a $25.00 administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted on written requests received no later than February 20, 2009. After February 20, 2009, no refunds will be granted.

(PLEASE READ IMPORTANT
INFORMATION BELOW.)
Only those with conference badges will be permitted into the mentoring sessions. Therefore, you must also register for the conference to participate in the mentoring sessions. In fairness to the other Conference Attendees, please only sign up for one mentoring session. As of December 4, 2009 TransCultural Exchange will only honor one mentoring session per Conference attendee. If you sign up for more than one mentoring session after this date, it will not be honored and TransCultural Exchange will not be able to refund you your money. Please choose your session carefully.

IMPORTANT MENTORING SESSION
INFORMATION
One-on-one,
20-minute sessions with the international guests (critics, program
directors, curators, etc.) will take place throughout the Conference.
You must have a Conference badge to enter the mentoring sessions:
Mentoring sessions are only available to Conference attendees. During
these sessions, the international guests will be available to look at
attendees portfolios. These sessions are available for an
additional $25 on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the session
with the mentor you wanted to meet is sold out, kindly consider
another meeting with another mentor, or signing up for the Saturday
Luncheon Table Topics or Gala Dinner to meet with them. To sign up for
a mentoring session, please select the mentor with whom you would like
to meet from the list above.
Please note:
Chose your mentoring session carefully. (For more information on each
mentors program, please refer to the Conference schedule.) Except in
a few cases, each mentor has agreed to meet with only 6 artists for 20
minutes each. In the rare event that a mentor has to cancel their
participation in the Conference, TransCultural Exchange reserves the
right to replace the mentor with another Conference panelist or guest.
In this and in all other instances, mentoring sessions are
non-refundable.
In addition: There
will be no laptops or computers available for the mentoring sessions.
Therefore, to make the most of your mentoring session, either bring
prints, brochures, catalogs and/or your own laptop to show your work
to your mentor. |
